The other day I had just finished hosing out the bed of my truck and was putting away my shovel and hacksaw when I realized that I had gotten a stain on my favorite shirt. Sadly, I also discovered that I was out of laundry detergent and bleach, so I was worried that the stain would set. It was four in the morning and all the stores were closed. Fortunately, I remembered that I had gotten some hydrogen peroxide when I had picked up the duct tape and rope the day before. It worked like a charm. What a relief!
I guessing a blood stain from the gist of the story. Probably a whole lot of blood, too. 
So that would be a 'yes' - a whole lot of yes.
Not sure if a blood stain is considered a protein stain for cleaning purposes. True the red color comes from hemaglobin, a protein that contains iron, but I think you clean blood differently than other protein (Monica Lewinski- style) stains.
Solution... Incinerate the shirt, and then sell your shovel and hacksaw to buy a new one.
But the shirt has sentimental value. And I will probably be needing the shovel and hacksaw.
Good thing the hydrogen peroxide worked!

Latex is far easier to clean.

Nude would work, i mean, nothing to clean, just take a LONG shower, and done..
