I have uncles and great uncles going back to the American Revolution who served and many made the ultimate sacrifice. God bless them and all of those who served. As a nation we should be eternally grateful.

My Dad was in WWII and my grandfather was in WWI. As for me, I watch The History Channel and The Military Channel a lot and just generally feel good about missing Vietnam. As it turned out I was about a year too young to experience that particular horror.
I do thank all military veterans of all wars, declared and otherwise, that had young men and women put their lives on the line for the security of their country. I salute you all!
