The people who were judged to be the youngest were also those who had the most sex.
It's implied that the people judged to be the youngest were not the youngest AND had more sex than the others. True?

The meaning being the people who had more sex appeared younger (to the panel of judges) than the ones who had less, regardless of their actual age. Regular sex=look younger.
