The rich redistribute money from the poor and the middle class to themselves. I think the redistribution of wealth from the poor to the rich is wrong and should be stopped.

I am pretty sure that Republicans feel exactly the same way.
In fact some of the budget proposals that have been offered to reduce the deficit really do more to redistribute income, not in the way steamed normally talks about, but the way it has actually been happening in the US for the past decade or two, upward.
