For a "Shepherds Pie" the only things they have right are the Mashed Potatoes and gravy! Missing the Lamb and the Veggies! OK, so some people call Cottage Pie, Shepherds pie, if that is the case then subbing Beef for lamb is OK, but still lacking in the Veggie department, the little cherry tomato not withstanding!
