This is utter bullshit. It is absolutely ridiculous bringing these asshats into American civil courts. THEY ARE WAR CRIMINALS! They should be tied up by their balls and beaten like pinatas until their insides come out. I would be happy to take a few swings myself.
The only reason people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory.
