The lower the the IQ, the more children the people have. The higher IQ people insure that they insufficiently reproduce, eliminate their culture and replace it with a lower IQ culture. This is Allah's plan as Allah, just like any leader, does not want his underlings to be too smart and sassy. We see a future vastly overpopulated, low skilled country with no on-shore industry to support it, and most importantly, total governement dependence. We are working hard to build that model now and claiming success.
