This is preposterous on the part of the Wall Street Journal, which is liberal publication, as defined by UC studies, for the most part, under FF control, for the most part.

Only greedy and rich corporations and insurance companies could further damage their reputations by not offering to pay for free health care for employees.

The principle of only buying health care insurance when you need it, and drop it when you don't, defines the success of insurance companies in non-capitalist countries (please exclude Cuba where US trade embargoes prevent the socialist model from working).

Well you have to consider that both of them ARE owned by Newscorp which is owned by Rupert Murdoch! So some similarities are to be expected once the owner puts his nose into editorial policy!
