So the obvious alternative to Arab Oil is for us to let energy companies exploit American resources without regard to the harm they may be doing to our environment, our health, our food supply, our livelihoods, or to the larger economy outside of the energy sector.

And of course once you are sick, or your tap water catches on fire, or climate change floods you droughts you or cooks you, you are gonna be on your own because the Big Energy boys don't wanna pay any American taxes on the American resources they dig up.
