Sorry you don't trust one of the straightest shooters in congress today. Ron Paul he said he would leave it up to the states to decide .. i.e. the fed govt should not be dictating legalization.
We all know Barry toked .. he said at first that the feds would not be cracking down (2009).. but that drug war policy has not changed since for decades now, in fact one might argue it is as bad now or worse today that it ever has been.
