Cain is already starting to stimulate the economy .. if Obama had a similar plan - he would ask the middle class and rich pay for it thru their taxes. BTW .. what is Obama's plan .. oh yeah - the plan that the senate voted down 99-1 in the senate this past summer? or the more recent one that did not get through the democratically controlled senate a week or so ago?
