The funny thing is that abortion rights came about as the result of states sterilizing minorities. The sad thing is that on the day that the states regain the rights to ban abortions they will again be able to pass laws to sterilize minorities. Herman Cain said that abortion is just a way to eliminate the black race. I believe that sterilization is much more effective.
