Actually I don't think this is Obama's issue anyway - it is the Justice departments guffaw .. and those that are running it - of course if you hide behind race or political party, then you are not likely to change a thing.... which is where we are at now. But it is up to the WH to select the AG .. and that would be Holder .. and Holder has been less than honest with this whole affair.
Yeah I agree. If this kind of project was okay for Bush to do, then it has to be okay for Obama as well. And the reverse is also true; if it was bad when Bush did it, it is just as bad for Obama to do it.
Too many people try to politicize this on a left/right axis when it is really a matter of right and wrong, legal or illegal, plus the policy implications.
I think we should also recognize that ATF sometimes does stupid shit, regardless of who is living in the White House.
