Don't believe this bologna; stay with your women's studies degree track. The world is full of STEM graduates who will work for far less than US minimum wage in their own country. If the high US employee cost is not off-shored we have set up a fine H1B system in the US to import cheap intellectual migrant slave labor. We have made US students too government dependent to take hard courses and do hard work after graduation because they know and have been trained to demand free housing, health care, cell phones, Internet, food and discount bus tickets. They need all these free things because the pay they demand is not practical for a western employer that has to compete against offshore labor prices. You don't need to work when their plenty are rich people left to confiscate wealth from. Work and study is so yesterday.
