The teacher should be fired .. not sue the school .. the kid is as dumb as a rock ... what was he thinking? I think he had brain damage before he was shocked. Thin the gene pool out some more - don't sue.

Yeah I know. Suckingly, the school is stuck having to cover for the teacher's stupid move. Probably out to require teachers to carry their own professional liability insurance, then they will think twice about puling crap like this.
I think I would have demanded a box of Reeses.
