Since they are wanting to avoid putting BO's friends in jail as the New Black Panthers who walking around with a club to get people to vote for an unqualified candidate but had the correct skin color in their view or making decision for the courts' that a law is unconstitutional for their gay rights buddies, Congress should cut a bit of fat from DOJ who seem to have too much free time on their hands.
